Quality Management

We have established our own Quality Management System (QMS) for the production and development of instruments as well as commissioning and service work. In 2007, we received our first ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification from Bureau Veritas.

Today, we hold the ISO 9001 / 2008 certification (certificate no. DNKFRC10000217A) and the MED Module D certificate (certificate no. SMS.MED.D/56286/B.1) both issued by Bureau Veritas.

The ISO 9001 family addresses quality management - more specifically what an organization does to meet and improve customer satisfaction and quality requirements. ISO 9001:2008 is not only a certification of quality assurance but also the confirmation of a number of our distinctive qualities, namely:

  • Efficient Production - as a result of the standardization of all development and production processes

  • Efficient Management - as a result of the standardization of all management processes

  • Efficient Communication - as a result of the standardization of the documentation process which facilitates the information sharing around the company
