Sales Manager, Lars Kiær, has been appointed Managing Director of Green Instruments A/S as of 1 January 2012. Lars Kiær has been employed in Green Instruments A/S since 1 August 2011. Founder and former Managing Director, Poul Kodal Sørensen, has requested a less demanding position in the company, however he continues in the company as Executive Technical Advisor.”

Lars Kiær adds: “I’m really looking forward to taking Green Instruments to the next level together with the very competent team. I am very pleased that Poul Kodal Sørensen continues in the company as Executive Technical Advisor, as this allows the company to continuously benefit from his extensive knowledge within marine technologies”.
The management of Green Instruments will then consist of:
Managing Director Lars Kiær
Technical Director Oluf Sigh
Executive Technical Advisor Poul Kodal Sørensen
Additionally, Poul Kodal Sørensen will continue as a member of Board of Directors, and the ownership of the company remains unchanged.
